Shipping Policy

Free Delivery on orders over 3000 PKR. Payments made via bank transfer get a flat 2% discount.

The standard shipping rate for orders of value less than 3000 PKR is 200 PKR.

We ship all orders using one of our partner courier services. You will receive a message and/or email regarding confirmation of your order. Once your order is confirmed, our packaging team will immediately start packing your order. We notify our customers when their order is shipped.

 

 

Our customers can change or cancel their order within 2 hours after placing it by sending a message (Contact Us). Otherwise, the order is packed and shipped in the given time frame. It takes 2 to 5 days to deliver the order. After your purchase from Glanora, you will receive a notification from the partner courier service on your given phone number.
